Forge Production, our manufacturing system, is engineered to deliver Condor satellites at the cadence constellations demand: hundreds per year, scaling with demand.

Factory OS manages full flowdown from design to production, coordinating shared interfaces, common tooling, and repeatable quality controls from the first unit.
Multiple constellation configurations move through a single production line, each built to its mission configuration from the start.
A change validated on one unit propagates across the entire fleet.
We control over 90% of the spacecraft bill of materials, designing and manufacturing the most supply-chain-critical subsystems in-house. No critical path runs through an external supplier’s timeline.

Rigorous acceptance and qualification.

Testing begins at the component and subsystem level. We stock rigorously tested, integration-ready components. To catch design and workmanship issues when they are cheapest to resolve, every electronic design goes through:

Thermal cycling
Thermal Vacuum Chamber (TVAC)
Electromagnetic Interference / Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMI/EMC)

Automation is central to how Forge Test scales. Automated test execution, telemetry analysis, and pass/fail verdicts eliminate operator variability. Test infrastructure runs on the same software that flies on our satellites, ensuring Test Like You Fly fidelity from component to system level.
